HOUSE RULES & IMPORTANT INFORMATION ** Quiet hours from 10 PM to 6 AM (Bluffton noise ordinance) ** No smoking / No vaping ** No pets allowed ** No events/ parties or large gatherings ** Exterior security cameras: a Ring doorbell camera is located at the front door, and a second camera is installed above the garage, facing the driveway. These cameras record video and audio when motion is detected or when the doorbell is pressed. There are no cameras inside the property.
